Bailey's On The Square - Marksville

Bailey was the perfect place for our wedding in November 2021. Van was such a wonderful host to always ensure that things run smoothly and work with us for almost 8 months before the wedding to ensure that all our details were integrated. He's so professional, polite and friendly. He is exactly the kind of person you want to make your event. He was attentive to us and our parents during the wedding to make sure that we were comfortable and that things go as we planned. I can't say enough good things about Van and the beautiful place. The room can be a little dark for photos, so just make sure that when setting a photographer is noticed for your event. If you want to marry in Avoyelles, there is no other place.

Perfect place for our wedding reception! Van and the rest of the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that the entire event was seamlessly stress-free. Can't really say enough good things about Van his commitment. The layout design of the venue promotes warm conversation and togetherness, perfect for a wedding reception or any social event.

Fantastic staff and an excellent environment! Very recommended, especially for their events! Next comes the 9th annual art of Rafter's art exhibition. I, if I can say humble, will participate with ten or so of my peices. Look at it.

It was nice for my niece's wedding. I gave it 4 stars due to AC not working properly, it was very hot in it and everyone sweated in clothes, not nice!

Friend got married here. Pretty great place, but the floor seems to have never been mopped. Like ever. I imagine half the Saturday night crowed is high schoolers based on the stories I heard when I was younger but I've never done the ball out thing in AP partly due to the lack of a way to get home.
