Bidrage med feedbackThe staff was rude to me due to the fact that I wanted to pay both in cash and card. She didn’t want to count my cash and started complaining to me how she’s tired and they don’t get breaks.
So I work in the mall and Tim Hortons is the place I go everyday. Most of the time they either delay my order or place something wrong in my order.Everytime I’m just disappointed. I’ve never seen this type of customer service in any Tims and the employees are not even apologizing for their mistakes.Once they gave me wrong wrap.I took 2 bites and I realized there was bacon inside it. I immediately went there and told them. The lady was not even sorry for her mistake and ignored me. After saying 4-5 times she made me new one which was not even good.Employees behaviour is not good to be honest.
The service was fast. 20% off for two ice cappuccino on the apps. Drinks taste great !
Ordered a 3 dollar latte and asked for a cup of hot water. They said it’s extra 20 cents for water. There is no sleeve for the cup either. Coffee tastes pale overall it’s a Cheap owner. That’s how this Tim Hortons make money. ?
Very quick but I got the tiniest portion of food (steak bowl) out of any location.
