The 6 Cafe & Restaurant - Markham

Make sure you asked for all the menu if you still want to go after reading this message. I went with my family last night. The waitress only gave us the menu that can only order individual dish so we ordered 3 dishes separately and dessert instead of the set dinner including the rice. My husband found out today from his friend that all 3 dishes we ordered are in the set dinner and come with rice too so we paid $10 more. I believe they are happy to make that extra $10 but that’s all they can make from us as we will not go again.

Very good food! The menu is full of Hong Kong style dishes; especially the chicken, it is the best within the region ! The desert are also good, don’t miss it !

Across from Monte Carlo Inn and the Italian restaurant in the Hotel is a cosy little Friendly Asian Gourmet Food Oasis. Welcoming guests from the Hotel was very wonderful. We had one with curry and extra spicy and one plain and mild. Each had 5 Shrimp and pork strips. Cash or debit only. Great food for 10 in house dining.

Went to lunch on one weekday. The service was good, the waitress greeted us immediately when we walked in. I and my mom order from the lunch menu a dish of Stirred fry beef noodle included a cup of tea, it only costed $8.50. It was very delicious because of the Wok-He . The waitress recommended us the steamed duck, it was very nice. The duck meats is very juicy and the sauce is very tasty, but I forget to take a photo. I saw some guests ordered the curry, it also smelled good. I will try the dinner next time. Overall the service and the value of food are good.

A very good Cantonese cafe. Food are tasty. Price performance is good. They also offer very good dishes for dinner. If you go there for lunch, you have to try the chicken rice which I would say is their signature dish.
