King Edward's Arms - Markham

The service (mostly and food here Unionville Arms hit a bit hard! For the starter, my daughter and I shared a plate of Pierogies. They were fried (unusual, but excellent! and were fresh. For the main thing, she had the chicken pot and... I had the fish and chips. Both were great! To drink, my daughter stayed with her accustomed by local microbrows while I had somersby's cider and then so. (I drove.) The prices were fair. But the service here was a real standout! The only translator was when my daughter and I were asked to move a table so that a party of ten could be kicked. You had Game 3 of the World Series 2019 on TV, Washington Nationals vs. Houston Astros. Note that this place is a bit outside the way in a shopping mall. Parking on a rainy Friday night was a bit of a hike. But worth it! Apart from moving the table (which they have an excellent cost, as our original table was the one that my daughter and I presented during the entry, I would be a highly recommended place, unlike the strongly recommended they would otherwise have received.

Great pub with good beer and food. Very courteous as I didn't want the role with my Philly Steak sandwich and it was just as delicious without. The two men had Beef Dip Sandwich and we were impressed that they were offered horse bikes. Good part of beef. Will definitely go back when in the area.

Came here with a Reguler and immediately felt like I was in a pub in England. Staff very friendly, meal was reasonable. Great little find!

Very friendly service, clean pub environment. Cold beer and decent food. It was my first time here, I'm sure I'll come back.

While going out to see a show in Markham my wife and I decided to drop in to the King Edward's Arms before the show since it was right across the street from the theater. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable and the service was...prompt and friendly. The menu had a good variety of pub style food at fair prices. My wife had the special which was salmon and I had the fish and chips. Both were excellent in presentation, quality and quantity. I would recommend this establishment for a casual night out, the crowd was a nice mix of after work and what appeared to be regulars.
