Business is permanently closed. Google states it's closed but not Yelp ............................................................................

We picked up a truck driver friend at the truck stop and drove over to The Oaks around 5:00 Saturday afternoon June 2nd. There 's a big green poster board on the door that says something about Class of '67 is now meeting at Jim 's Buffet Restaurant and the small print at the bottom of the sign says The Oaks is closed. What 's going on? Are they closed permanently?

Food was good but the place is nasty. Carpet is disgusting, a/c vents have about an inch of crud on them. Walls need painting, chairs and booths need attention. We waited 35 minutes for food. From what we were told, this place was a buffet and having issues with table service. I understand that but clean the place up. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The front counter staff were obnoxious and rude when we picked up an order to go. Order wasn 't ready, only partially and the food was sitting there, un heated and unattended. Asked the lady to please look after the rest of the order and she replied that she couldn 't because she had other customers to help. So we had to standby and watch other customers being helped while we were there first. Cashier actually said you can go back in the kitchen and get it yourself '. ' Asked to speak to a manager and was told that no one was there. Horrible customer service. Don 't know how they stay in business with their high prices they 're charging. Quality and quantity are just not there. We 're going to Jim 's!
