Bidrage med feedbackThey said they hadn't been drinking coffee and refused to grant a refund for my order. Finally, they found the cocoa coffee in a wrong cabinet, but then no employee knew how to make it. I was told that no manager is available to deal with my concerns.
The employee who helped with my order was nice, but I gave three stars because of the two mistakes that took place, my order was an online order, so I went through the ride, my second order was missing a donut that we almost drove but she (my sister) remembered that she was missing a donut coming to find out the donut my sister wanted?t available. So my question is, when will we? will they let us know? When we left? So the nice lady gave us another donut when I came home, my order was made wrong, my breakfast meal was accepted to be a croissant breakfast meal, but it was?t; I wasn't crazy, but when I ordered a croissant sandwich than what I wanted. I only come back because it is near home; Heads up, park your car and check the bag before you leave.
I moved to the area a year ago and started doing this dunkin? My rule. I'm usually here M-FRI on the way to work. Customer service here is top-notch, Vaughn especially is such a treasure. He goes out of his way to welcome every customer, asks how her day goes and has such an entertainment energy. The food and coffee is always perfect and if it is not, correct it on site. Love this dunkin, the manager should be very proud.
Can't go wrong with this place went after dinner on Saturday. I have the Tripel Expresso. Staff, where great and attentive. This is my third visit here and will come back. Great place for coffee
Usually I let this Dunkin? slide when getting my order incorrect because they?re close to my home and I usually only get donuts for my toddler. Well today, my entire order was incorrect and the employees were careless. We ordered 1/2 dozen donuts (2 of which should?ve been vanilla sprinkled) and (3) extra charged coffees with milk and 1 sugar. The individual taking my order repeated it to me 2x and I confirmed. Only to get to the drive-thru window to discover they got the coffees wrong and added full cream and sugar. After requesting the change to my coffees (3rd time now), I get my 1/2 dozen donuts to find (2) which were suppose to be vanilla frosted with sprinkles, replaced with blueberry donuts. When informing the girl at the window the donuts were incorrect, she proceeds to tell me that they don?t have anymore of the vanilla sprinkle and hands me the coffees. So, you don?t have anymore of the kind I requested and proceed to give me anything you see fit before running it by me to see if there might another we?d prefer? None the less, the box was covered in some sticky brown substance that got all over my truck. Long story short, we ended up leaving DD with no vanilla sprinkle donuts and I had an extremely inconsolable toddler to deal with. This has to be the worst Dunkin? experience I?ve had and I?m not sure how this location continues to operate.
