Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Marelly's

The smoothies are really pretty good, but the staff is super unreliable. Many days they aren’t reliable to open on time (like today) so I miss out on my chance for a post-work out breakfast before work. There have times when they have been so out of stock that they couldn’t make anything, once for a whole week. And you always have the impression you’re dragging them away from something they’d rather be doing… like anything but making your smoothie.

They taking for ever and communication is not great... very disappointed with this location only

Google needs to add a ZERO star option. There's something going on at the Y up to 9pm but the place closes much earlier. Also the employees need to pay attention to detail. I asked for a smoothie to be thick. When I got it not only was it watery it tasted like water. I went back and asked for it to be thicker and mentioned that it tasted like water. the young lady just put my smoothie back in the blender to make it thicker and added more ice. Now you got to be some kind of stupid to add ice on something that I just told you tasted like water. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

I had a smootie and Santa Fe chicken quesadilla... was a bit pricey but was tasty. *note this place is INSIDE the YMCA*

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe food. But, to have to order from side exit door of a YMCA and wait there for my order is not appealing at all. I'll do my best to never go back to this one.
