La Rosa Bianca - Marburg

A new bright star at the Marburg-Gourmet. Four different appetizers tried four different main courses... and really all sensational well. Every single component, whether wildsalami, octopus, fillet, self-made tortellini, read and, and... everything was refined in its way, so the best was extracted from any food. The chief of the service had great suggestions to make the order even more round. The right red wine, a poem. The whole team, especially the two bosses in their respective metier, only top class. Competent, always appealing and attentive, we were allowed to spend an unforgettable evening in the very beautifully decorated LA ROSA. We'll be back soon. 5 stars
