I love this place, the people who work here are fantastic, food is always brilliant, have not yet tried a place that can beat it,

My favorite local teriyaki spot in Maple Valley... I always order a side of Kimchi to kick it on a notch. Teriyaki is not drowned in sauce like a few places. My children love the shrimp plant tempura. Very recommended.

Large teriyaki spot directly in the maple valley, but a little unknown as it is hidden behind Bartell and QFC. Staff are friendly, the service is very fast and the food is delicious with large portions. Funny page note that you only get a lucky cookie when you smile and ask for a, no smile no cookie.

Great food, but the beef teriyaki has decreased in quality.

Delicious! My household loves teriyaki, but when we moved to MV we needed to find a new spot. Himitsu has not disappointed on any of their entrees or appetizers and has quickly become a new takeout haunt for us.
