Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Maple Grove

Potbelly is the best sub-restaurant on the market. Fast and friendly service with fresh food has me again and again. Their freshly cooked are super tasty together with a beautiful shake. Very recommended.

It was a bit uncomfortable watching one of the workers make food and not wearing a hair net or have his hair pulled back out of the way.

I can't remember the last time they got my order correct when ordering through grubhub or doordash. The answer is always the same, they don't care. There is no quality control. Today the order had two sandwiches, a soup, and 4 drinks. They skipped a sandwich. When called, there is no option to fix it. Sorry...one person just doesn't get to eat. Done with this restaurant.

Sandwich was okay and ready in a timely manner, I think Jimmy John?s tastes a bit better for quick sandwiches.

Potbelly?s has some great food. I enjoy the ambience and typically the employees at this location are pretty fun. The shakes are Phenomenal. I really like the Oreo cookies and cream shake. I would order off the secret menu ? I highly recommend the Sicilian sandwich. It is the best one there. Prices are a little higher than Subway and Jimmy John?s, but the food is tasty. They do have outdoor seating in the summers, too. They will often have some live musicians playing at this location too.
