Indifferent service. The 2 waitstaff we interacted with seemed very unhappy, which I always think is a management problem. Search a bit further, there are cozier alternatives.

If you're the kind of tourist who ties where possible to avoid the giant cafes on central piazzas full of tourists this is a sensible option. Just down a side street, with a more local feel, and good for people watching. Good coffee and efficient service.

Pleasant cafe with outdoor seating and friendly service. The coffe was nice, of course, the fresh-squeezed juice, too, and the people watching extrodinary.
