Wingstop - Mansfield

Do not say that an online order is ready and then they wait almost an hour until it is actually ready. Not only the staff did not apologize, but I was told we were stopped. To get back is different from an online order than ready to check if it is not then when the person gets there 15 minutes later, they will be told another 10-15 minutes that actually turns into an additional 40 minutes. I am to believe that you all review the orders as complete to discard your production times. Huge thumbs.

My rating is a 3* not for food, but they did not have my paid order. Mansfield PD also monitors the two handicap spots. This is an obscure suite location. Why MPD rolled up at 19:45, I have no idea. You could have done something else. He questioned a young black man who was parked and waited for his order that they delayed. The young man had a sporty black Camaro and took care of his business to listen to music. I think the officer was the board. He gave the lady no chat in the other place, but I saw him with flashlight chat with the young man for 10 minutes. I hope he gave this guy a passport. Wingstop probably inherited the spots. There is no heavy traffic in this corner, so in my opinion the officer was board and profiled the guy. NOT TO ADMINISTRATIVE: CHANGE OF BETWEEN BETWEEN BETWEEN BETWEEN BETWEEN You are a great guy. Bad for biz! I feel MPD did the best in this case. There was a crime, even if only a rapid violation was committed in Mansfield somewhere, while this officer gave a lecture at 19:45 in parking. People move right in front of the door to these two spots to pick up the rule. Respect for people with disabilities and respect for the police in general, but this officer did the best.

This place is very busy. The workers were friendly and attentive. Food was okay because the Korean barbecue sauce was terrible. It tastes like it was burned and watery. Food: 3/5

DO NOT DINE OR TAKE OUT HERE! Horrible service even when placing an online order. My wife placed an online order around 7pm , goes to pick it up around 7:40pm and they hit us with Oh sorry, your order didn 't print here on out computer.. we showed our confirmation and email and then they have the nerve to come back and say they dont have any chicken ?? WHAT kind of chicken wing place has no chicken ? Mind you all the workers in the back were just on their phones .. DO NOT ORDER HERE

This wingstop has lost its quality. The fries are soggy and well-UNDER seasoned when I asked for extra seasoning.
