Mcdonald's - Mansfield

Always love this McDonald’s. The food has always been fresh and my food has never been messed up. Which is very rare for me. The employees are super sweet and hardworking. Also I can say this since I’m a customer but screw the soccer mom in the red minivan that ordered half the menu, held up the line, and then screamed at the poor girl at the window for what? Waiting a little too long. The employee handled herself gracefully.

In the app I made my Sausage Egg McGriddle a triple meat sandwich and instead of the flat egg I wanted to substitute for a round egg also substitute the bacon for the Canadian bacon but to substitute the egg it would charge me $1.90 instead of just substituting it. Once I went to check out I noticed the price increase and they don't offer the triple meat sandwiches at Trimble Road McDonald's. If they have all the ingredients ready for a sandwich that they only offer at certain McDonald's they should offer it there. So I had to go to the McDonald's so I didn't have to pay $2 extra per sandwich cuz I ordered 2 it was buy one get one free if I had her scan my app.

Quick in and out. This was a bustling and busy location. They have the dual line drive thru and it was fast and efficient. The food was what we expected from a national and global business. Ok Ray Kroc was a genius and had I purchased a franchise in the 80s, I would be a millionaire today. Woulda shoulda, couldn't

It only had to go through three times to fix the (simple) order that they screwed. came home, my order is still not correct. I've been working in food service for over three years, and it's not that hard to do someone's order right. I hope for a better experience next time.

This is the only place on trimble rd will serve them cold eating, I never have this problem at the other mansfield sites just this one
