Golden Bridge Chinese Takeaway

We were disappointed as we used to order from here frequently, but we discovered a great Chinese restaurant closer to us. However, they were closed for a holiday so we returned to Golden Bridge. The chow mein lacked flavor and the salt and pepper chips were dry and unexciting. Overall, the meal was not terrible but it was not exceptional either. Just giving an honest review.

Favourite family Chinese takeout spot. The staff are lovely and friendly. The food is delicious and the Biscoff milkshake is absolutely amazing!

Excellent food, delicious and fresh. Fantastic shop, very clean and open plan. No minimum order on delivery and usually quick. Always my go to takeaway.

I placed an online order that never arrived, so I called to place my food order. When my food arrived, it was incorrect. I called to inquire about the mistake and spoke with a very rude owner who was shouting at me over the phone, denying that I had ordered the item. I know I did because I was embarrassed about mispronouncing it and my friend had helped me when speaking to them. The owner's attitude towards the situation was absolutely appalling, and they hung up on me without delivering my food. I will never order from them again. There was no excuse for being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.

Bubble tea is very good here, as are the sundaes etc. Have given the food a chance 3 times in the last year now and can say that it is very bland and disappointing I am sorry to say : I hope that you can improve the quality and standards back to where you used to be, I know many people would appreciate it.
