Ha-inan Delivery & Take Out

Although there was no vinegar for the danggit and no ketchup for the egg, the meal was still satisfying, particularly the crispy binagoongan. It was definitely worth it.

It’s very disappointing! I ordered food an hour ago and you cancelled my order just now?! What kind of service is that??! You should have informed me earlier so that we can order to other restaurants. Do you know that we ordered for lunch??! And now we are going to look for another restaurant and wait for an hr just to have lunch! So much disappointment from you!!!

Food was ok but disappointed with the following: - delivery was 30 mins late - App showed order was delivered on time even if I don’t have it yet - Chat support just said I understand and provided contact number of restaurant to follow up. Didn’t even acknowledge the issue on the App and delayed delivery.
