Tommy's Family - Manchester Twp

I walked in at 7:30, looking to get something to go. I wasn’t greeted until I sat myself at the bar. The server, who was an older woman, gave me a menu and said we are closing in 30 minutes. She did not seem happy. She went back to her customer who was sat a few feet away from me and said something along the lines of “let me go lock the door so no one else comes in.” After hearing this from where I was sitting, I put the menu back and walked out. If this is how customers are treated in this establishment, I will most likely not be coming back. There’s plenty of local businesses I can support in the area.If you want to close early, change the hours.EDIT: this was the evening of March 4

The delivery service sucks, every time I try to order I’m on a 30 min hold. And every time I try to call to get an eta of where my food is they never answer. The service sucks move on to the next spot.

I love this place as a breakfast place. Great options. Great bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and wraps! In love w the pancakes and the service is great. Nothing to exceptional but remember it’s jc lol just in n out. But staff is kind at the end of the day. That’s all I want and need give me food and be nice. 10/10 recommend to bacon egg and cheese wrap!Ps home fries could be so much better lol ?

Tommy's never fails to deliver a good breakfast for a fair price. If you live in the heights and ate looking for an old skool diner, well you've found it. Serving the Heights since Hudson sailed up the river. Give it a try. You can't go wrong for breakfast!

The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and Sandra is delightful! ? Make this your breakfast spot.
