McDonald's Restaurant - Manassas

Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle Meal, the mcgriddle was still steaming when i took a bite into it, however the hashbrown was on the soggier side of things. The Sausage Burrito was really good, was hot and fresh but same thing for the hashbrown for that meal, it was all soggy and cold

Everything was packaged well. breakfast was still hot. coffee was well secured

Mcflurry only comes in one size. surf and turf not prepared as I selected.

It was hot and fresh which I enjoyed, however, the fries werent salted. I didnt ask for no salt. Thats the only thing with this order. Also, Ive been asking for sweet tea for awhile but Ive been getting coke instead.

If I had no stars. Your food is ALWAYS cold. We ordered food it was old evil and cold we take up the food and ask that our order is restored. The Manger refused to return or give a refund and just left. When we told her we wouldn't leave until we got a refund, she called the police. No one was loud or aggressive, she wouldn't mind. The police heard both sides and had their issue a refund!
