Ollo Malibu

I was searching for a place to eat and came across this restaurant. It has a nice neighborhood bar atmosphere with a large menu selection. I tried the lentil soup, which was excellent (one of the top 3 lentil soups I've ever had). The golden milk loaf with turmeric cream was also quite good. For my main course, I had the Huevos Rancheros, which was well-prepared and had great flavors, though I wish I had ordered some meat on the side to add to the dish. The crab cakes were good, though not the largest. Despite being a bit pricey, I would definitely return to try out more items on their menu.

I was extremely impressed by the Short Rib Risotto and Coconut Sorbet at this restaurant. My guest tried the Chicken Parmesan for the first time and absolutely loved it. The risotto was bursting with flavor and I didn't need to add anything to it. I requested it to be spicy and it was prepared perfectly. This was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Many thanks to Chino, the cook, for creating such a wonderful dish. I also want to thank Louis, our waiter, for multitasking so he could enjoy his own meal. The customer service here is top-notch. A special shoutout to Spencer, the manager, for his hospitality and for overseeing the restaurant and staff so effectively. I will definitely be recommending Ollo to others.

We always have a great culinary experience in Ollo. From the moment we arrive, until the moment we go, the service is always friendly and efficient. I'm vegetarian, but my guests are usually not. Ollo?s menu has many great options for everyone. I highly recommend for a fantastic meal or cocktail before an event in Pepperdine??

I recently visited this restaurant while in the area and it truly is a gem! The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients, the drinks are unique, and the service is quick. However, I found that it may not be the most child-friendly establishment. I brought my 9-year-old with me and noticed that other patrons were not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked them to move their large poodle that was blocking our path. Despite the restaurant having a sign that says "All ages welcome," it seems that not all guests may be aware of this policy. So, if you have children, you may want to reconsider bringing them along.

Never been here before. My cousin recommended it today as we planned a trip to Malibu on a Sunday. The staff is very friendly and the layout is very cozy. Beautiful location and a really nice menu. I little more on the pricey side average plate for entree range from $16.99 to upwards $30 but the food is delicious. I started with a Malibu Mary, had an grilled halibut and finished with a apple struddle desert. Would recommended ? ?
