Jollibee Malaybalay Highway Drive-thru

Like all other Jollibee shops, this have great service, good eating and great location.

Its good. But their french fries may not be available in the afternoon.

I love Jollibee, especially the food! However, I think the staff should do better like 'NOT LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMER '. So here 's what happened lately @Jollibee Malaybalay Drive Thru. On the counter before ordering, I specifically asked what part of the chicken was available, and the cashier confirmed from the kitchen and they said they have Legs and Thighs so I ordered 1 bucket of legs to be exactly 6 pcs. When the crew was about to pack my orderup, I said, can I check the bucket first before you close it, so when I checked. It was all rib part so I told the crew that I requested a leg part, and she responded. 'Of course sir, let me go ahead and replace this. Then she went back and the Kitchen informed her, it should be available for 30-45 minutes so I said, 'I can wait ', and she came back informing me that their kitchen said that Leg and thighs are no longer available, so they said. We 're sorry sir, what do you want to do, I just said 'I want to get my money back because I did not order those ', and they apologized to me which I confirmed that some staff of Jollibee Drive Thru Malaybalay city is not honest to their customers. I don 't take it against the Cashier, The crew because they were just doing their Job. I take this BS performance from their Kitchen staff, it was heavily below standard if you tell me. Worse drive thru experience ever. Not only did it take forever for the cashier to take orders, she gave out lacking change. We had to wait another 5 mins for our pancake orders and once we had them, we weren't even given utensils. Better to eat dine in than order drive thru
