Bidrage med feedbackI recently saw an article about this restaurant. Decided to give it a try as I was convinced of the authenticity of the place. The proximity of the place was fine, they even offer decent parking in front of their restaurant. This place isn't that hard to find as it is lit with bright LED signage. You have a minimum order of 2 grilled items in order to be able to dine with you. Ordered (2) Woo Samgyup, a thinly sliced US beef short plate marinated with herbs. Upon request, they also hand out a pot of clam soup free of charge and place it next to your table. They also offer unlimited side dishes for the grill items for free. The only downside to this place was their space as they only have a maximum seating capacity that can only accommodate up to 20 customers and they also have another restaurant next to them that is owned by the same owner where the toilet is.
Stumbled upon this plate while looking for a Korean BBQ place and we were not disappointed. This cozy joint with 5 tables impresses with its elegant, minimalist design and was only opened last February 17. The star of the show was, of course, The Samgyupsal. They take a .25 inch piece of pork belly and grill it over charcoal to give the meat a smokiness before finishing the side of the grill table. The Wagyu brisket melted delicately in your mouth and the panchan was excellent. The steamed egg was very flavorful with a hint of sesame oil and the odentang was huge and full of shellfish! It's good for 4-6 people. Deduction points as the bathroom is next door and the waiters should be wearing uniforms.
I can still taste that it is delicious every time I think of it. It is brimming with so many flavors. The meat when you put on rice is just heaven. We came here because Malate is known to have great Korean restaurants and I am overjoyed that we decided to eat here. Bulgogi costs Php 1,500 for the big ones and Php 1,000 for the little ones. We ordered the little one and it's just enough to have me and my boyfriend go on a full stomach. They serve you kimchi pizza, kimchi and broth.
Super sarap ng food!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ siguro sa place lang medyo masikip at mainit. Dahil sa nag gigrill ka sana medyo lakasan yung aircon pero all in all sobrang okay naman..
