Bidrage med feedbackGood food it is rare for both my fussy children to say they enjoyed the same meal, and it happened here. Friendly people warm and hospitable. It's hard not to like them. Prices reasonable. Not much to complain about our meal here.
Had a small plate of kolomee a bowl of wantan. And also a cup of coffee. Total is RM8 RM6 for the mee and RM2 for the coffee). Tasty mee because have small cubes of pork lards, the charsiew slices also not bad.
Simple and old school coffee shop that serves wantan mee, kaya butter toast, fresh eggs, kueh and of course coffee/ tea. 1 Wantan Mee: 8/10 While the flavor is great delicious sauce, with the chili paste and pickled chili is amazing. The noodles are clumpy. Despite my best efforts to seperate them, adding some soup, and separating then again. They’re clumpy. But delicious! 2 Eggs and Kaya Butter Toast: 10/10 The perfect soft kampung eggs. The toast is perfectly crispy with delicious and fragrant kaya. Butter is cold, and rich. Delicious! 3 Teh Peng: 2/10 (that’s my comment Overall score: 9/10 (i ignored the teh peng Get everything else. Except the teh peng and you will thank me. Can Eat One Mehhh???
Kopi very good. Kaya toast and boiled eggs are average. Wanton mee no bad too much pork lard though) but wait about 20 mins. Very good price. the down side is waiting time too long while seeing the next coffee shop customers ordered before us and ate already…
Not bad. Very low profile coffeeshop, you might miss it waking near to Jonker Walk. Coffee ok, toast ok. Wanton noodle customers keep walking in. Chill with beverage and watch the busy crowd.
