Zab Khrua Thai - Mainz

The Thai restaurant is located in a eckhaus on the pavillons, on the best mainzer shopping street. they enter a small but intelligently divided guest room where they can sit unhindered by others in the midst of flowers and plants on small lacquer tables. That's nice. as well as the pentatonian Asian harp music, which is played discretely over loudspeakers. the whole right side is sales counter and even kitchen in one. here you see a lot. the roasted rice and the noodles, the baked tofu, the many torn vegetables and the small cut meat of hä, nude and black. a colorful, appetizing image that makes lust to eat. they come to a map that represents everything in Asian style. the rice with ugly and erdnus sauce, the tasty roasted noodles with boiled tofu and bambus sprouts, bratmüseteller, porcelain hollow plate with rice and bark in Sambal sauce uvm. all these dishes are for under six euro to have. the matching drinks cost no more than three euro. even ordinary espresso there are for after. they are served friendly and courteous. I almost always eat the sweet plate with rice. that's delicious.

Have eaten it there last week. really very good cost. Value for money. a real enrichment for the old town of mainzer.

The best thai restaurant where I am now in Germany. since the restaurant is not long, I have not yet tried everything, but can say that the dishes I have eaten have tasted almost exactly as in Thailand. I have lived a year there and desperately in Germany almost a thai where eating is not so much adapted to the European taste. there are also Thai menu next to the normal card. the courts on them are only marked with the Thai name (demand! and costs about 3 euro more than the courts on the normal card, which is due to the more expensive ingredients. share for 5,50€

There are 2 menus, the great one for more westernized meals and the truly thai for an even better experience. I have been there 4 times and 4 random selections of the green menu, each has resulted in an avalanche of aromas and deliciousness. Just be careful of how spicy you can eat, and then enjoy!

There are numerous Thai dishes, among others some currys besides the classics such as pad thai etc. fairer price and very large portions. relatiw is full at the night.
