La Tagliatella - Madrid

This restaurant does NOT welcome anyone asking for an English menu. My SCOTTISH family and I arrived in the restaurant on 10th September. Unfriendly welcome...asked for an English menu which resulted in waitress sighing, rolling eyes ...menus were given and waitress asked if everything was OK, to which she sighed and walked away. We left restaurant and went to restaurant Castelnuovo, across the road (where we received a warm welcome and fantastic food).

I personally had a Carbonara alongside a Margherita pizza and both were real good. Good service, reasonably fast. The pasta is cooked in the traditional Italian way (not too soft), so if you like this style of Italian cooking for pasta, it is near-perfect. Something to note is that when you order a pasta dish you have to ask for the pasta dish, followed by the type of pasta/noodle you want on the menu (ex. Spaghetti, Rigatoni). You also have some pastas that cost a euro more but are more premium (ex. Beef Ravioli). A lot of good options. All of this can be found on the bottom left of the menu. The location is great as it is roughly 10-15 minutes away from the airport driving, and the Suanzes Metro station is just down the street that can give you access to downtown Madrid (Green Line/L5). I would definitely come again. Good food.

Al lado de la parada de metro de Suanzes, en calle Alcalá, está La Tagliatella. Excelente pizzería con una gran variedad de pastas, pizzas, risotos, etc. Calidad.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de comida italiana. Tienen una aplicación donde, al registrarte, puedes ingresar tu ticket y acumular puntos para canjear por regalos como aceite, vinos y postres.

Si quieres disfrutar de una deliciosa comida, aquí encontrarás pasta y pizza excelentes, y las ensaladas y postres son deliciosos.
