The service was excellent and the food, as usual, was pretty good. I made the mistake of ordering the buffalo tenders, which were a bit odd to eat. They still tasted good, but I should have just ordered the regular breaded ones for a crunchier texture and then dipped them in buffalo sauce. The fries were superb - crunchy on the outside and hot on the inside. They were wonderful, but I wish they would include more with the order. The restaurant was clean and nothing stood out as unusual. The wait time was standard with no complaints. The payment process was quick and efficient, with the option for split payment. Overall, this visit gets 4 stars because of the buffalo tenders' lack of crunchiness compared to the excellent regular tenders.

The restaurant was understaffed, but our server was excellent. She had to attend to almost half of the tables, yet she was still friendly, quick, and awesome! The food was just perfect.

I placed an online pickup order at Easy and it was ready in 10-15 minutes, just as promised. However, the clerk/host forgot to bring out our pancakes with our omelette orders. When I mentioned it to the manager, he had our pancakes ready in less than a minute. It was a quick and easy fix. The restaurant was very clean, especially during the pandemic and worker shortage. The restroom was also tidy.
