Cuco's Mexican - Madison

Great local and authentic Mexican restaurant. the meals of the children were delicious and well proportioned. my wife said that huhn chimichanga was the best she ever had. the mocajete was phenomenal amazing mix of aromen. everything was very rich and tasteful, no midwest boring here! the flan is rich and creamy and sweet. fyi, it is the southern style flan with cream cheese in it. the children were thrilled by their fried ice. the service was cozy but not annoying slow. Just don't go if you're in the hurry, and you'll be fine.

Pleasantly surprised! The food was so good and super authentic. Ordered for carryout but next time definitely going to dine in. They do karaokee too so im interested in checking that out and making a fool of myself

I really love the vibes and music. The staff was very nice. The food is just alright though. I kinda had higher expectation. My salad was good but I found one strand of hair in it. Lost my appetite right then. ? Burrito needs a bit more spiciness, in my opinion. The sauce tasted just like spaghetti sauce. And the meat was a bit too salty. The only thing I liked a lot was piña colada! Very creamy and refreshing!

Fantastic service and great vibes. House special fajita is enough to serve a small family. Margaritas are colossal and delicious. Check this place out.

Good nachos and margaritas. We didn't have dinner only apps and drinks but bother were good. The place was busy on a Saturday late afternoon. They also serve chips and salsa. We'll probably return to try more items on the menu.
