Great service and a fantastic meal. the place was very elegant and the atmosphere was great. it was the choice for a birthday meal and although a little more expensive than their average restaurant, they get what they pay. the food was delicious and there was a lot of it, place was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly. What else could they ask for?

Great place for a delicious, high quality steak. Unfortunately there are no beside dishes or sauces that come with a steak. sauce, sweet and/or frit must be ordered separately. a bit expensive, but definitiw worth jt. the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.

I went through maastricht in 2019 on a trip from Aix-la-Chapelle to lüttt and decided to eat there at lunchtime. the gauchos is beautiful at the beautiful capital of the city. the price for a perfectly boiled medium rare 180g rump steak, frits, an salat and a large beer was only 21.50 euro. so really good value for my money. also the staff was friendly and the service was quite fast. the exterior seats offer a great view over the vrijthofplatz.

Love Gauchos! It is not the cheapest of places, but definitely worth it! Staff is very friendly! Food is delicious! Location is also very good!
