My fave coffee shop! Best thing: if you have a capital one account your drinks are half price! They’re great with kids and provide a welcoming environment for all. Also, lots of freebies.

Capital one had a great idea of moving all operations to the Web, but with the worst execution. They didn't recruit enough agents to provide a high quality service. I had to spend 4 hours over the phone to finish a 5 minutes job. What a mess!

Ok. Well this supprised me. Great chocolate. Way better than Starbucks. The workers their were really nice. If u use your capital one card for any food or drink is half off.

There isn’t a single branch near Boston, and you can’t complete the background check for all your documents online or over the phone to open a business account. This is absurd! What are you thinking? This approach to banking feels like it’s teetering on the edge of disaster.

I was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived, and to top it off, I received a complimentary cookie and coffee just for withdrawing cash. However, it's worth noting that many reviews accurately describe it as primarily a coffee house with an ATM. I recommend calling ahead to confirm if they can meet your needs before making the trip. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.
