Food was fresh and well prepared, fries were crisp and not too oily. The restaurant was clean and all the employees were professional and friendly. Thank you for the great service

Always good. I think the prices may have increased again and that slows me down a bit but I still go occasionally. And I always bring home some fries to reheat and eat later!

The good news first... great burger!The staff appeared mostly apathetic. Lots of conversation among staff with few apparently doing anything.We first notice a pile of trash on the floor, which we walked around. The employee that had the broom and scooper was preoccupied talking over the counter with approximately 4 staff in the kitchen area. The pile was eventually picked up but trash remained under an unoccupied table from the time we arrived till when we left. I should have taken pictures.Watching the kitchen, we noticed our burgers were ready in about 10 minutes... but they had just begun cooking the fries after the burgers were waiting.Lackluster service and disturbing cleanliness BUT the burgers were great thanks to the person making them.

Not more complicated order has been filled. sloppily mounted with patty falling apart. I don't recommend it.

I came in the other night pretty close to closing and still felt very welcomed. by the time my food was done, it was pouring outside and the young black girl working offered to use the store umbrella and walk me to my car. definitely one of the best customer service experiences i have had.
