Payton’s Place - Luray

Tonight was our first experience dining at Peyton's, and it was fantastic! We even had the opportunity to speak with the owner and share how satisfied we were with our meals. I ordered the catfish dinner, my partner had the fried steak, and my daughter enjoyed the fish and chips. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes were just right. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our waitress was both pleasant and helpful. I give this place a solid 5 stars and we will definitely be returning. What a wonderful addition to Luray—finally, a spacious restaurant with friendly service! I highly recommend you give it a try; they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they also offer takeout.

I had a wonderful dinner at this new restaurant in Luray. My friend and I both ordered fish, and it was amazing. The cod and catfish were very fresh and perfectly cooked. The sides of greens and mashed potatoes were excellent as well. Our waitress, Joyce, was attentive, gracious, and professional. The restaurant has a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, with plenty of parking available. The prices are reasonable, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. We will definitely be returning soon!
