Good food, spacious places, and if you're lucky there will also be Albanian dancing.

The atmosphere is alright. There is plenty of parking space, a kids' playground and lots of sitting space too provided it is not too cold out or raining. What I am about to comment on now is under my circumstances. The service is absolutely horrid. There is no consideration regarding the customer's request. A reservation for one table was made for a birthday the day I visited the restaurant. The folk music was insanely loud. In total it may have been an hour and a half of music, the degree of which is that which makes conversation impossible. I made respectful and reserved requests to lower the volume, only to be backlashed by even louder music. This is unacceptable, even for a reserved table, as the right to influence the common space's audio is not ethical towards other the other customers. Such privileges should be reserved for customers that reserve the entire restaurant. Food: the appetizers were decent. Delicious, but nothing special or original. There was, unfortunately, a (roughly) 20 cm hair strand in the cheese my table had ordered. This is extremely ill-imducing and plain disgusting. When a concern was voiced towards the staff, no satisfactory response was received. This was a dark strand of hair against the whiteness of the cheese which had gone totally unnoticed... The entrée too was below standards (pork chop). It was well-cooked and very appealing, but it had arrived at the table at a lukewarm temperature. Unappetizing to say the least. Tl;dr not a recommended restaurant. Better ones can easily be found throughout the location.
