Pinkie's Barbecue - Lubbock

Went to pick up a pall of gizzards today they wasn't fresh they were chewy and bland no flavor in the crust probably the last time I go

Went to at 4704 4th street. We sat right in front of counter controlled by kid's. Our food was place on counter never called out number few families waiting. Two different familes complained prior to my order about gizzard being cold. The gentleman behind counter are rude. Disrespectful. No professionalism at all. I won't be returning.

Horrible service tried to order a try of liver because they were on sale today and all they said said was sorry no we dont. All you got to do is make more. I find this unacceptable

Best sliced brisket moist and tender , chopped brisket great and the gizzards. Awesome job cooks keep Pinkies going Lubbock Texas

Been wanting a chop brisket sandwich so we wanted to give them another try. ? not very happy with them again... Missing the original pinkies. We didnt even get what we ordered? not gonna drive that way again for a BBQ sandwich!
