Chick-fil-a - Lubbock

Chicken club and seasonal berry iced tea were perfect. Everyone was friendly and the the food was ready quite quickly.

In some regards it is hard to imagine writing a negative review about Chick-fil-A. However as someone who travels around the United States on a regular basis and has stopped that this Chick-fil-A live locally many times I have to say this is the worst managed Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. We have stopped many times and every single visit requires parking in the parking lot and waiting for someone to deliver, standard items nothing special. The Chick-fil-A on Slide Road is the exact opposite well managed and efficient, this location however is more like the Three Stooges. You need new management at this location.

This is the best chick-fil-a in town, hands down. This location always has a good piece of chicken in the sandwich, the correct number of nuggets in a box, full soup bowls, hot fries, and the best salads. It shouldn’t be asking a lot to get what you pay for but other locations in town have consistently given us subpar experiences. They are also quick to get your food out and the service is always good. We travel further to go to this one. I want to thank this location for being consistently excellent!

Surprisingly fast service, considering how busy they were. A little tricky, parking the motorhome but in their defense the parking lot was really not designed for big rigs.
