Bidrage med feedbackWhen I heard about Paradise Biryani Pointe's good reputation and read positive reviews, I was excited to try their food. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular branch was really bad. I ordered biryani and appetizers, and was told that the biryani would take 5 minutes to prepare, while the appetizers would take 15 minutes. However, the appetizers arrived after a 30-minute delay, and the biryani came even later, after 45 minutes. Despite being given multiple assurances that my order was almost ready, these turned out to be false. I was also disappointed by the ambiance of the restaurant. The music being played on TV was really irritating, and as an Indian myself, I did not appreciate the music choice. However, the worst part of my experience was the biryani itself. The rice was overcooked, soggy/watery making it unappetizing and disappointing. As a result, I will not be returning to this branch of Paradise Biryani Pointe, as it did not meet my expectations, which had been set by the standards of other branches. To make matters worse, the restaurant only provided two plates for our group of four people, which added to the overall poor experience. I had to request additional plates and wait an additional 10 minutes for them to arrive, which only made things worse. It's worth noting that I am a food enthusiast and have tried many Indian restaurants in the past. When I heard about the reputation of Paradise Biryani Pointe, I was eager to give them a try, hoping to add another great restaurant to my list. However, my experience at this branch was disappointing, especially given the high standards I had come to expect from other branches of the chain. Despite this negative experience, I remain hopeful that the other branches of Paradise Biryani Pointe will live up to their reputation.
This was my favorite place to have chicken biriyani, however, the quality has been worsening over time. I have had to deal with uncooked and unseasoned chicken pieces in my biriyani for three consecutive times already. I wouldn't be certain of the reason of the compromised quality but I am certain it is not a simple fluke. It feels as though they our serving food just for the point of serving food. The picture of spicy chicken dum biriyani attached.
Was craving Indian cuisine and a friend suggested this place. Mutton Biryani is delicious so does Chicken. You'll forget that you are not eating somewhere in India once you are in. P.S.: owner confirmed that the mutton/chicken is Halal.
I loved this restaurant! Very authentic and delicious. Would definitely recommend the Manchurian Baby Corn appetizer and the biryani is rich with spices. Everyone was kind. The wait was a bit long (half hour for three dishes), I did go just at the opening, and all the food was fresh and worth it. Would definitely recommend for both vegetarian and nonveg grub!
I recently ordered the paneer biryani, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the dish. The portion was mostly comprised of plain rice, with only a few small pieces of paneer scattered throughout. Additionally, the flavor was very bland and lacking in the expected aromatic spices and depth of flavors that are typically associated with biryani. Overall, I found the dish to be underwhelming and not worth the cost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dish to anyone looking for an authentic and flavorful paneer biryani experience
