I love this place. It is so close to my Fern Creek Crossfit, making it so convenient to get yourbprotein shake fix. More than that, they have a massive selection of flavors for tea, coffee and Hispanic Inspired flavors. Come try this place out!

The Fresas con Crema shake was beautiful and so delicious that I didn't get a picture! I'll definitely be back. The owner was extremely welcoming and sweet.

I pass this little shop almost everyday on the way to work. I finally stopped in this morning and Im so glad I did. Christina was so helpful, answering all of my questions. And the Cinnamon Toast Crunch protein shake was delicious. I’ll definitely recommend to friends, and will be back!
