Food quality has gone way down from what it once was. Mushroom Swiss burger has only enough mushrooms so that you can legally call it that. I ordered a salad, which was served next to my burger on a plate and not in a bowl, and had to wait and ask again for a fork with which to eat it.

I had an unfortunate experience here. I ordered the classic burger with the ancient grains patty, but I got a beef patty. For a vegetarian, this is pretty gross to have in your mouth. It took a while to explain the error to my server, who got the manager, who didn't seem to have heard of the ancient grains patty, and told me they only had beef or beyond burger. After she left my table, I thought maybe I was wrong about my favorite Red Robin burger, but I looked at a menu and the burger I ordered was listed as an option. By this time, the rest of my party had finished their meals, so I left without any dinner that night. I managed to get snacks at the hotel convenience store. Also, if the restaurant is mostly empty, I would rather be seated one table away from the next guests, for both health and privacy, and not at the table closest to the front door. I normally really like Red Robin restaurants, so this experience was a surprise for us.
