The staff was friendly and attentive, although it was the only server on the service to lunch. she told us that one of the owners is vegan, which is why they want to offer vegan options. other then the vegan queso with chips (appetizer , all other menu elements would need changes to be made vegan. for the filling of the choices (for tacos, enchiladas, burritos, etc., can choose more vegan the sawed veggies for soy chorizo. the only vegan cheese is the queen. on her recommendation I got the enchiladas with maul sauce. there are two, so I have one with the chorizo and one with sauteten veggies. without cheese, without sour cream and sub vegan queen for the cheese. While it was delicious, it was not great. definitiw recommend the veggie filling over the chorizo if only for the texture difference. molecular sauce was tasty, but exaggerated all the others. would have been better with vegan sour cream or guacamole. husband got the vegetarian version (with cheese of the same thing and enjoyed it much more.

They have 2 stalls, the new ones in the highlands on the bardstown road and the original on frankfort ave. they have a few vegan options on their menu, including spicy vegan queso and vegan chorizo.

They have made their vegan queen an option on both restaurants menus. it is gluten, oil and soy free. it has a spicy kick that brings you back! since the pandemic they have uploaded their lead game and began to dress up items like the tomatillo salsa, black braids and tears at the pint as well as they can dress their own dinner choices at home. for example I have aired some polnta and it was with the vegan queso last night in my casa and it was fired. updated by previous review on 2019-06-27

I was here a few times, it's sweet and in a good position, but I've never been impressed by eating. it is surprisingly lacking vegan options, not really something different from other Mexican or tex mex restaurants, it is simply trendier.

The food here is great and they provide a lot of options. I LOVE their guacamole.
