Bristol Bar & Grille - Downtown

Great lunch place affordable, good value for money, considerable portions.

Had a reservation, but had to wait 15 minutes to get a place that was a little annoying. after sitting the service was very fast and our server was incredibly friendly. I will return!

Perfect place to dinner before a show in the ctr for the best. I had pasta pietro and my enkelin had a grilled cheese from the children's menu. service was great. I don't think we'd come in without a reservation.

We love the bristol, especially half the prize wonton Wednesday!

The server was first rate. The Bristol is always dependable when we attend events at the KCA. Prices are moderate, the ambience has an urban feel which we like. As always, the food is OK and a good value for the price. Deploying younger people at the front desk is always a problem. They have not yet enough life experience to relate to people across a broad age spectrum, they have poor response to questions, they do not understand requests, they seem to be following a narrow script. Too often they greet people with a neutral to frown demeaner. It seems to me that paying more for a mature person at the reception desk would benefit.
