Bramble - Louisville

If you are searching for Southern comfort food, you simply must try Bramble! Their pork sliders are out of this world, and Jeff and Brooke, the owners, are incredibly welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

I tried the chicken salad sliders after seeing someone else with them, and I'm glad I did. There are two options for chicken salad sandwiches: one is more substantial and dressed up, while the other is smaller sliders. The sliders were just the right size for me, and the bread they were served on was excellent. The chicken salad was slightly sweet, not too heavy on the sauce, and made with high-quality chicken. It can be overwhelming to decide what to eat at Logan Street Market, but you can't go wrong with these sliders.

We actually found the place by accident and were very glad we did! The shrimp and grits was out of this world! Probably the best we've had outside of New Orleans. The Brunswick stew and cornbread was equally very flavorful! We'll be back for sure!

Greens were so wonderful!!! Really loved the grits as well as the espresso pork belly. Thank you for a delicious treat???

Our first meal in the new Logan Street Market. We shared a pork belly Reuben on rye. It had pickles and coleslaw on it. It was tasty and large enough with its side of curried broccoli to satisfy both of us.
