The staff is friendly, the environment is clean and nice, the food is delicious. I appreciate the evening and nighttime retreats that are unique to this restaurant compared to other accommodation facilities.

We are thrilled to have dined at Helena's restaurant. The hostess was very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was lovely and comfortable. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

This restaurant review is for a very basic hotel with unfriendly staff and unappetizing local cuisine. If the main 4-star hotel is full, guests are placed in a run-down annex that looks more like an abandoned former hotel. The buildings and beds are old and in need of repair. We booked through Tsjecho Reizen and it seems they are content with the rundown state of this once grand hotel. This hotel does not deserve its current 4-star rating and is being marketed as a 3-star hotel.

Friendly staff, nice clean environment, tasty food, I appreciate evening and night retreats that are not common in other accommodation facilities.
