Pronto's Burgers - Feedback

Had something caldo de res today and it was delicious. I can't say enough about the great service and delicious food they serve there.

Terrible! even the sprite tasted evil and they would not return our money to the soda! the twill rings are fried twilly skins of fried zucchini.

The service here is ridiculously slow. The drive thru will be empty and they will still take over 20 minutes to hand you your order. No apology for the delays....
