The woman at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and appeared to be unhappy to serve customers. When I handed her a $100 bill, she simply refused to accept it without providing any explanation. It was only later when I saw another customer pay with the same bill that I felt she was discriminating against me.

I arrived at Vermont around 8:40 pm on 6/15/22 and was assisted by a young lady. I requested a smoothie but was informed that they stopped serving smoothies after 8:30. I expressed my disappointment at how difficult it was to make a smoothie, to which she replied that it was too difficult to clean. My suggestion to the owners for the future is that if they decide to close the kitchen early, they should adjust their operating hours accordingly. It doesn't make sense to close at 9:00 pm but have employees wrap up operations at 8:30 pm. Not a great experience.
