When out looking for a Menu Del Dia we came a across this great restaurant. The restaurant only every has Spanish having lunch. Monday to Friday 3 courses, bread, water and a bottle of house wine for 10 Euros. They have a good choice of food, good sized portions and use quality produce. On a Saturday and Sunday the Menu Del Dia is 19.50 Euros again 3 courses, bread, water and a bottle of wine and it is a huge amount of food for the money. Our first visit to La Rambla was a Saturday and the starter is a choice of three tapas to share between two. We had a dinner plate full of Spanish ham and 2 portions of clams in a garlic and parsley sauce 'devine '. Our main course we both had the same the leg of lamb and it melted in your mouth. We both had a dessert all for 19.50 Euros. The food is excellent and the staff were so helpful to us as we only speak a small amount of Spanish. Superb!
Muy buen menú de 10 €. muy buen caldero, croquetas, ensalada, natillas caseras y café. Volveremos.
La fritura de pescado que pedimos para la cena y la ensalada de tomate con ventresca fueron muy buenos. el personal muy amable y servicial. recién abierta la parte de la terraza, donde cuando el sol cae se puede disfrutar de una agradable temperatura.
La comida es excelente y el servicio es aún mejor, la calidad y el precio son inigualables. ¡Muy recomendable!
