Grandma Shields Bakery - LORNE

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant in the charming coastal town of Lorne. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, and the coffee was also very good. The staff were well organized and friendly, making it a must-visit spot.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. They have a great bakery with fresh rolls and the best vanilla slices around. I want to thank the friendly owners who have persevered through a difficult year. I hope they can continue to serve the local community and provide me with a delicious snack and coffee when I am in town. - J L.

I apologize for the lack of effort in asking reasonable questions and the take-it-or-leave-it mentality at this restaurant. I recommend considering another dining option.

My wife and I bought coffee from this caffe, while I was visiting for the day. coffee was the only thing we ordered and our order was wrong when it arrived. the coffee was not strong and tasty, and although I asked that our coffee is extra hot, it was not. for what I am expensive coffee 9.50 for a medium and a small,) we were very disappointed. I would not recommend a coffee from this caffe.

I ordered the pepper steak pie from this award winning bakery. It was pretty stodgy and where was the pepper? Either the awards were a long time ago or they lost the recipe because I wouldn’t be rushing back.
