Applebee's Grill - Longview

I would recommend this restaurant as a budget-friendly option for a nice date night with your significant other. Despite the great service, the food could be improved with some changes to the menu and the chefs' skills.

I love the food at this restaurant. It's amazing, and the waitress was really pleasant and kind.

I placed an online order, and was notified that it would be ready at 6:20. When I arrived, my order was not prepared, but my money was already taken. I was informed that the restaurant closes at 6, despite this not being indicated on their website. I am requesting a refund of $31.38 to be returned to my card promptly.

It's been a long time since my last time. Wife and I had both burgers. You were good. The service was okay. Maybe it was a new waiter. Used a voucher that came with the newspaper. Go back and try something else on the menu. Try it. Food: 5/5

Although they were slightly underused, they cared for everyone with class and pride. They were all so friendly. The manager helped her staff and checked them all. While we were there, we sat randomly from a few Karens (no offense to everyone), and the staff treated their negativity, and the lack of volume control gracefully, with patience and compassion. Another thing worth mentioning that, although I'm sure that the food regulations were, our food was still fresh, hot and tasty! Child friendliness: Beautiful variety for the children's menu elements, and our waiter was super patient and accommodating.
