Olivier - Longueuil

This restaurant is a hidden gem on the south shore. The reasonably priced menu offers a variety of classic French dishes like fish, steak frites, lamb, and pasta. I have been a regular customer for years and have always enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service. While it may be a bit off the beaten path, the restaurant is easy to find with GPS and offers plenty of free parking. In my opinion, there is nothing in Montreal that compares to this place. The atmosphere is casual, not fancy, but the focus is on delicious food, great service, and reasonable prices. They also have a good selection of wines. The owner is always on site, ensuring a reliable dining experience, and they are well-equipped for takeout orders as well.

The escargot, lamb chop, veal ribs, veal liver were all excellent. The sugar pie (sugar tarts) was also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I regularly visit Restaurant Olivier for lunch and it never disappoints. The classic French bistro cuisine is served in a beautifully airy, bright, and open space. The staff warmly greet you as a guest should be greeted and provide professional and friendly service. The food is excellent, with well-presented plates. Located slightly off the beaten track in Longueuil, this means easy parking is available. There is also a nice small terrace at the back. Restaurant Olivier has been serving high-quality, classic dishes for years and consistently maintains high standards. It puzzles me why it is not included in TripAdvisor's top 10-15 restaurants in Longueuil. I highly recommend dining here as you will not be disappointed.

Foods are excellent. Service is very good. The place is not too loud even during lunch time. The physical place is not that convenient since located in a residential zone or very close too. Strongly recommended.

The food, which is French cuisine, is really very good. Try the fish soup. It is wonderful, with generous amounts of fish. The service is timely and efficient, without feeling rushed. It works well for a business lunch. The price is reasonable for the quality.. It is located in new Longueuil, close to the Longueuil municipal golf course.
