Domino's Pizza - London

I ordered two pizzas for pickup for a family birthday. I arrived just as my name appeared on the board indicating the order was ready. The staff member, who was incredibly friendly (unfortunately I did not catch her name), greeted me with a smile and handed me my two pizzas. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas fell to the floor as she placed them on the counter. She apologized profusely, but accidents happen. Despite having had a terrible weekend, this staff member reassured me not to worry and offered to make me a new pizza on the house. She even threw in a complimentary order of cheese bread. The pizzas were delicious, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. We typically order pizza twice a month, but from now on we will only be ordering from this location due to the amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

I pick up my wife at the train station and we like to have dinner fast and easy. Dominos does the job. Tuesday you buy one and get one of equal or lesser value free. Delivery in a reasonable time and really hot. Great value. Great service. Great pizza.

So I specifically asked for lightly done because my kids don't like black on the cheese. The order box sticker says "lightly done" which was ignored. How can this be acceptable?

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and the quality of the food and service is excellent.

We usually order on 2-for-1 Tuesday and stick to our favorite dishes - Hawaiian and Canadian.
