Unfortunately a little disappointing ambience is missing, no real Thai touch. Eat. Luckily, the service was good

I booked this food for a friend birthday meal and there was no effort to confirm this, although I told the restaurant at the time of booking. That was a little disappointing. We also sat on one of the side tables and we got a constant design in that we were cold and had to lay our coats over our shoulders. We said 2/3 waiters that we were cold because of the draft, but unfortunately nothing was done to solve the problem.

Staff seemed a but rude. Would be nice if they can wear a pinch of smile.

The food and variety is great but the service does let the rating of this restaurant down. The restaurant was pretty much empty, we asked if we could sit at a table that wasn't by the stairs. We were told we can't choose our seats unless we reserved beforehand. We were there 2 hours and there were still plenty of other tables we could have sat at. Otherwise, food wise all was well.

The service was fab. The food we had was very nice.
