Delicious food specially mixed Grill. Excellent food, really tasty. The service is also excellent, A girl who wear a cap she is very attentive and corporative.

Don't even bother ever ordering from this place. In the last two months I've ordered a takeaway that has taken over two hours to be delivered. Pathetic customer service and pretty bland food considering we were starving. Please don't even bother as you will wait and be incredibly disappointed. Absolutely useless, I'll never order from Mirch Masala ever again.

Had a Sunday lunch birthday celebration at Mirsch Massalla Have to say from all the group of 12 thoroughly enjoyable. Starters and mains were first class, all fresh and tasty. We had a large table upstairs and Salman and his waiters and waitresses could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Able to bring our own birthday cake and Alcoholic drinks. It's not my first visit to Mirsch over the years and their service and hospitality is always fantastic. Highly recommended

Went here for my Sunday treat. So clean and such a fab food focused vibe. This place serves great food at great prices with expansive menu options including equally prominent vegetarian dishes. There is an open view kitchen was gleaming and spotless well done to the chef and kitchen team because food we ordered was packed full flavour with enticing colour and aroma. Accompanied by the fluffiest naan and pilau rice ever to grace a plate. The manager/owner personally checked in on every table to ensure customers were happy. Such traditional service is often missing. For me it encapsulates the essence of Tooting London pride in diversity, and local enterprises born from understanding one’s core business, hard work, with authenticity. What’s not to like?

I called to book this restaurant for my birthday meal and my booking was taken over the phone with no issues. We arrived and there was clearly no table for us the manager said he had “f ed” up and didn’t actually book my table. It was too late to now go elsewhere, every other curry house (ones I should have booked) was now full. The manager was very dismissive of my concern and took a long time to pull together random tables to seat us. This took about an hour. At one point we only had a table and seats for half of us. When they actually got us a table, they put more chairs on it than there were tables so we were squashed in and when I asked for this to be fixed he refused. The whole thing was really frustrating and the manager and staff didn’t seem to care about completely ruining a birthday dinner with friends. When I complained, I was told “your friends seem happy enough” completely missing the point and quite rude. The food itself was okay, but not good enough to make up for the service. The only real adjustment they made to apologise for our experience was some free poppadoms and a few samosas a nice gesture but ultimately not good enough. I really don’t recommend this restaurant for bookings, maybe it would be okay on a quiet weekday for a walk in but to be honest, I’d go elsewhere. I wish I’d booked elsewhere.
