Claim Jumper Lomd - Lombard

The Lombard location accepted our reservation that they have closed the restaurant. we invited guests to dinner. we were informed 1 hour before our reservation that the restaurant has closed the day before. we were often customers of claim jumpers, so disappointing and unprofessional.

It was cold and dark. it was closed for business, you idiot. their software obviously has some problems.

The food was delicious, the restaurant like all others has the problem not enough waiting staff. ours were friendly, polite and attentive.

Very nice restaurant with good food. Unfortunately the prices have risen while the portions seem to have diminished. I use to get the Porterhouse for around $40 with sides. Now it's $70 and no sides. Shame because the food is really good.

Service was amazing food not so great but would go back and try something different.
