Yama Sushi Ii Japanese - Lodi

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly disappointed me. The restaurant failed to fulfill my order as requested, and on top of that, the Uber Eats delivery driver asked for a tip. Despite the tasty food, the poor customer service overshadowed the dining experience. The delivery was delayed, prompting me to call the restaurant in fear of not receiving my $60 meal on time. The price for such a small portion left me feeling extremely disappointed.

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch! The staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The manager even helped us pack our leftovers and provided us with extra sauce. We particularly enjoyed the Sunflower Roll (creme cheese is a must) and the Black Dragon Roll (amazing eel). While we wished the special rolls were a bit larger, they were still delicious. As someone who has eaten sushi all my life and tried many different restaurants, including authentic ones in Japan, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Nobody asked me to write this review, I simply wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic service we received. We will definitely be back! Thank you, we appreciate it!

This is my favorite sushi spot. The food is amazing, the delivery person is always beautiful, and the food comes FAST!. My favorite is the Godzilla roll and the Udon noodle soup. All right!

Sushi is delicious and the staff are super nice. Income here a lot and one day was a couple dollars short and they said it was ok and just to pay the deference next time. So if you want good food for good prices given by good people then this is the place.
